Privacy Policy
The short version: we never see what you write in your folder. We hold only your email — for your order, and for the newsletter if you opt in — and we protect it.
What you write in your folder stays with you. You fill everything out in your own copy of the files, on your own device. The Tomorrow Folder never receives, sees, or stores the contents of your folder.
Who we are
The Tomorrow Folder ("we," "us") sells digital organizing products at tomorrow-folder.pages.dev. Questions about this policy? Email support@thetomorrowfolder.com.
What we collect
- Your order email address — provided at checkout, used to provide support and, if you ask, re-send your files.
- Your newsletter email address — only if you choose to join our list. We use it to send occasional updates, new templates, and gentle reminders, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We never add buyers to the newsletter automatically.
- Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only a confirmation of payment and basic order details.
- Basic, privacy-respecting usage data — we may record aggregate page views to understand what's helpful. We do not use advertising cookies or sell any data.
We do not collect the information you enter into your folder. That content never leaves your device.
The service providers we use
- Stripe — payment processing. Governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
- Supabase — secure storage that generates the short-lived download links for your files, and where a newsletter subscription is recorded if you opt in.
- ConvertKit (Kit) — our email newsletter provider. If you join our list, your email address is stored with ConvertKit so we can send the notes you asked for. Governed by ConvertKit's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery for this website.
How we use your information
- To provide your purchase and re-send your files if you lose them.
- To provide customer support and process refunds.
- To send newsletter email only if you opted in — occasional tips, new templates, and update reminders. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link.
Download links
Your files are delivered via secure, time-limited links (typically active for a short window, a few downloads, within 30 days of purchase). These limits exist to protect your purchase.
Your choices & rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the order email we hold for you at any time — just email support@thetomorrowfolder.com. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA; we honor these requests for everyone regardless of location.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any analytics we use is aggregate and privacy-respecting.
Children
Our products are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above. Material changes will be noted clearly on this page.
