30 days, no hoops. If The Tomorrow Folder isn't right for you, email support@thetomorrowfolder.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to explain, and you can keep the files.
The details
- Wrong product? We'll happily swap it for the right one or refund the difference — whichever you prefer.
- Never downloaded, or technical trouble? We'll fix the download first. If we still can't get it working for you, you get a full refund.
- Bundles & add-ons are covered by the same 30-day guarantee.
- How refunds are issued: back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days (exact timing depends on your bank).
How to request a refund
Email support@thetomorrowfolder.com — or simply reply to your order receipt — with the email address you used at checkout. We reply within one business day, usually much sooner. If you'd prefer we fix whatever's off instead of refunding, just tell us what's wrong; we'd rather make it right.
Fair-use note
This guarantee is for genuine dissatisfaction, not repeated buy-download-refund abuse. In clear cases of abuse we reserve the right to decline — this is rare, and always handled kindly.
EU & UK customers
Because this is instant-access digital content, checkout notes that you consent to immediate delivery and thereby waive the standard statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Our own 30-day happiness guarantee is more generous and applies to you anyway.
