1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of the website at tomorrow-folder.pages.dev and the digital products sold there ("Products"). By using the site or buying a Product, you agree to these terms.

2. What the Products are — and aren't

The Tomorrow Folder Products are digital organizing workbooks (PDFs, spreadsheets, and editable text templates). They help you gather and arrange your own information. They are not legal, financial, medical, or tax advice, and they are not a substitute for professional services or legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, or advance directives. 3. Your license

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download it and use it for your own household and family. You may print copies for personal use.

You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, share publicly, or repackage the Products or their contents; nor claim them as your own; nor use them to create a competing product. The design, layout, and text remain our intellectual property.

4. Digital delivery

Products are delivered instantly as a downloadable ZIP via a secure, time-limited link shown on the order confirmation page immediately after payment. You are responsible for downloading and saving your files within the access window. If a link expires or you lose your files, contact us and we'll send a fresh link.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change over time, but a change never affects a purchase you've already made.

6. Refunds

7. Your responsibility for your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you record and for storing your finished folder safely. As we remind you throughout the Products: the folder is a map, not a vault — do not record actual passwords, PINs, full account numbers, or Social Security numbers.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Products and website are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
